QED supervised the rebuilding and installation of this 20 Mw turbine generator set.  The turbine replaced multiple EMD diesel generator sets and provided backup and peak shaving capabilities for the Ft. Bliss Military Base.  This turbine was purchased in Columbia, South America, rebuilt in Houston, then installed in El Paso.  Turbine was equipped with water treatment faculties  and injection equipment to limit NOX emissions.
